Terms and conditions of service

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Sella Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”) for consulting services.
1. Services
We will deliver consulting services as agreed in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Services may be delivered on a retainer, project, or hourly basis.
2. Payment
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
- For ongoing engagements, payment is made in monthly instalments.
- Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services.
3. Service Level Agreement
An SLA will be signed before commencement, outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Where services are cancelled by you after commencement, you will be invoiced for work completed to date. Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
5. Confidentiality
We will keep all client information confidential unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the re-supply of services or the refund of amounts paid.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before commencing any legal proceedings.
