Luisa Gidaro is the founder of Sella Consulting, a seat of support for creative founders and small-business owners. She helps entrepreneurs move from “everything in my head” to documented, scalable systems — bringing operational clarity so the work and the business can thrive together.
Across 15+ years, Luisa has worked in fast-moving consumer goods, ecommerce, investment management, media, and membership organisations. She’s held roles spanning Chief of Staff, account management, sales, marketing, events, partnerships, and finance. That diversity means she can see a business from every angle — commercial, creative, and operational — and translate complexity into clear next steps.
Her approach is hands-on and measured: identify pain points, set a roadmap, and deliver the sprints that unlock time and revenue. As an interim COO or Head of Operations, she builds the processes, tools, and reporting that keep teams flowing — and uses AI pragmatically where it saves hours, not where it adds noise and cost.
Luisa partners closely with founders so they can focus on their strengths while knowing the operational foundations are secure. The outcome is fewer fires, more flow, and growth that feels sustainable.
